About Us

Pure Bean Coffee and Barista Coffee was first created by Mr Foo Gee Hsiung and Ms Ho Lee Koon in year 2010 on the idea of creating its own gourmet coffee, using the Malaysia bean, Liberica. We introduce American-style espresso drinks and hand brewed coffee, assorted with self-made cakes, sandwiches, pizzas, spaghetti,and limited western cuisines. With three years of experiences in the f&b industry, we successfully develop our own standardized operating systems and had actually acquired good reputation in town.

 

Our second branch, Pure Bean Coffee, was set up at Taman Gaya, Johor Bahru in May 2013 and is operated on self-service system. The advantage of using this system is that, it is easily managed and manipulated , at the same time reducing manpower and expenses.

 

At Pure Bean Coffee, our bar counter is set up close to the entrance of the shop. Upon reaching, customers are immediately welcomed by our friendly staffs, as we hope to deliver a sense of concern and hospitality. While customers are patiently waiting for their drinks or foods, they can either find themselves a comfortable seat or even observe at how our barista prepare the drinks. All the supplementary stuffs such as sugars, tissue papers, water and straws are provided at the bar counter, customers can easily access to them personally. With the atmosphere we created at Pure Bean Coffee, we hope that the customers can enjoy good coffee and quality food set a definitely reasonable price, in a relaxed and romantic surroundings, being drown in the aroma of roasted coffee beans.

 

As for all the interested investors, we would ensure that they are provided with the complete training course, so that they are fully prepared to handle the operations in the shortest time possible. First, investors are to receive their trainings at our main branch, Pure Bean Coffee, for at least three weeks. When the shop is ready to operate, we would send our senior staff from Pure Bean Coffee to assist them at the new shop for another three weeks, until they are able to handle the operations themselves.
